As a certified Pilates teacher, it is my mission to help people find the magic in movement. While fitness has always played a huge role in my life, I struggled to find a method that would stick. I started to think a lot about what keeps us showing up on our mat every day—and looking forward to it.
I found the answer to my question in the concept of flow, and over the past few years, I worked to create a Pilates-inspired method that will allow you to tap into this state and become the healthiest, happiest version of you.
